Dear Mr. Soo, Pearly, et al,
Appreciate all your hard work in organising the JMB meeting. Despite my absence I wish to thank everybody in making Ridzuan Condo a better place to live.
A few suggestions -
1. pls buy a copy of the guide book from MPPJ on the role n responsibilities of the JMB and its members.
2. appoint a independent auditor to audit the FULL accounts before officially taking over from FARLIM/Kancil Jaya.Its worth paying just to ensure the developer has pay for all their portion of the outstanding maintenance fees and contributions to sinking fund, water payments, quit rents n etc.
3. engage a property manager, like Henry Butcher and seek advice from them on the proper setup of JMB, management of our property, collection and managing of maintenance fees, etc
4. to encourage better turnout of the coming meeting, have it on SUnday and also to avoid complaints from other residents who may have to work during that time.
